These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our API and our services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

2. User Accounts

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

3. Shoe Racks, Profiles and Sharing

• You can keep a shoe rack for yourself and for other people you buy shoes for. If you keep one for a child, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian. If you keep one for another adult, you are responsible for having their agreement to store what you put in it.
• You can share a rack with another account by sending an invite link. The link works once, expires after seven days, and gives whoever accepts it the ability to see the rack and get sizes for it. It does not let them change the rack or share it on. You can remove their access at any time.
• A rack shared with you is for your own use in buying shoes. Do not republish it or pass its contents to anyone else. Sharing a rack means the owner sees your account email address, and you see theirs.

4. Content You Post

• Community requests, comments and feedback that you submit are published on the Service and can be read by anyone.
• You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to display and distribute it as part of the Service.
• Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to post. We may remove content and suspend accounts.

5. Our API and AI Assistants

• We offer an API and an MCP integration so other products and AI assistants can look up sizes. Access needs a developer key, which is issued to you and must not be shared.
• If you build on our API, you are responsible for having a lawful basis for any personal data you put into a sizing session, and for telling your own users what you do with it.
• Do not use the API to copy our size chart data in bulk, resell it, or build a competing size chart database. We may rate limit or withdraw a key at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Service, its content and its trademarks are owned by GetSize or our licensors. Size charts published by brands remain the property of those brands.
• You may not copy or distribute content from the Service without our permission, other than using it normally to find your own size.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or to another person's shoe rack.
• Disrupt or interfere with the security of the Service, or scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• A recommendation is our best estimate from the charts brands publish and the sizes people report. Shoes from the same brand and size can still differ, and we do not guarantee that a recommended size will fit. Deciding what to buy remains yours.

9. Affiliate Links & Partnerships

Some links on the Service are affiliate links. When you click on these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This helps us keep the Service free and continue improving it.

• We are affiliates with Awin and Prisjakt. These partners use cookies to track referrals. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
• Affiliate partnerships do not influence our sizing recommendations. Our recommendations are based solely on size chart data and reported sizes.
• We are not responsible for the products, services, or policies of third-party retailers linked through our affiliate partnerships.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion.
• You may stop using the Service at any time by requesting a deletion of your account.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Swedish law.
